Pickup Policy
Please pickup and pay for your item(s) at FireRock Golf Club after the conclusion of the 1st Annual Wellspring London & Region Charity Golf Fundraiser on Monday, August 19th, 2024. Please email Doug Inglis at doug@wellspringlondon.ca to arrange pick up outside of this time or shipping of your item(s) at the winning bidders expense.
Payment Policy
All payments will be processed upon pickup of the item. We accept cash, cheque, and debit/credit. Please bring your payment along with the invoice(s).
Other Policies
There will be a staggered interval time between items closing. It is recommended that you use Maximum Bidding to help with your bidding. Maximum Bidding will allow the computer to bid for you up to an amount you have entered. Item closing time will be extended by 2 minutes when a bid is placed in the last two minutes. Sniping will not be allowed with less than one second left.
Your internet speed may vary. Bid early, bid often, and use the Maximum Bidding feature.
Once a bid has been placed, it cannot be altered or deleted. Please ensure you would like to proceed before placing your bid(s). Winning bidders are responsible for paying for the item(s) they have won.
