Good clean consignments wanted
This is our first Auction. We are looking to have a wide variety of items listed for each sale, anything household, lawn and garden, tools etc.
Features: Purchases to be paid for in cash at pick up
There is a 10% buyers premium in place for this auction
Pick up is by appointment on the Sat. from 9 to 5 and Sun. from 9 to 4 following the sale closing
Consignors will be contacted on the Tuesday following the sale and will make an appointment to be paid in cash
No credit card needed at sign up and No credit or debit cards or cheques accepted as payment. ( keeps costs down so lower fees )
We are conducting our auction this way because we are not fully staffed ( family run ) which allows us to supply our service with only a 10% premium for the seller instead of the normal 20% so more of the selling price comes back to you the seller
If anyone is totally unable to have someone pick up an item on the required dates and times or if anyone has any questions they can e-mail glenhayden58@gmail.com or look me up on Facebook and message me. Again because no staff will be there to answer a phone.

Pickup Policy
- Pick up to be made in person
- The winning bidders need to bring their invoice with them when they come to pick up their items.
- Cash to be paid at pick up unless previously arranged e transfer
- Appointments for pick up to be arranged within 24 hrs of sale closing
- Items must be picked up is on Saturday after the sale from 9 am until 5 pm and on Sunday from 8 am until 4 pm.
- Items must be picked up within this time or a daily storage fee of $2 a day will apply unless other arrangements have been made
- If an item is not picked up within a week of sale closing it becomes our property to be resold at a later date
- If someone fails to pick up purchased items two times they will not be allowed to participate for three sales
Payment Policy
Payment to be made by cash at pick up
Arrangements can be made to pay by e transfer if needed
Winning Bidder will get exact location for a pick up and be asked to make a pick up appointment within specified times, usually the Saturday and Sunday immediately after the auction closes.
Other Policies
- No firearms, ammo, alcohol or animals will be sold at this auction
- Buyers will be invoiced with a total that is the selling price plus 10% to cover costs
- Sellers will also be charged 10% for the service supplied by this site
- Sellers will receive payment in cash on the Tuesday after the auction closes and will be messaged to make an appointment to come and receive their payment
- All items are considered as is where is and there are no warranties for any of the items
- Information has been supplied by the seller of each lot and is printed that way with no warranty
- Once an item is sold it becomes the property of the buyer
- The undersigned acknowledges having read all terms and agrees to them, as evidenced by acknowledging the terms & conditions prior to registration.
