About Chervin Furniture & Design
Chervin Furniture and Design is part of the Chervin group of companies and is located in downtown Elmira Ontario. We operate in a beautiful 17,000 s/f showroom spread over 3 floors. Our goal is to provide Southern Ontario and beyond with quality furniture at fair prices.
Why We're Having an Auction
From time to time our vendors will discontinue products and or fabrics leaving us with floor model stock that needs to be sold. We are hosting this auction to sell off these floor models to make room for new styles which will be arriving shortly. All product is new and if there are any blemishes we do our best to point them out in the individual product details/pictures. All product can be viewed in person at one of our showroom locations. Items tagged "Elmira" will be on display in our showroom at 19 Arthur Street S., Elmira, ON. and items tagged "Waterloo" will be on display at 20 Benjamin Road, Waterloo, ON. We hope you find the perfect piece to fill that spot in your home!

Policies
Pickup Policy
- Items must be picked up between Monday, September 18th and Saturday, September 23rd.
- If your item was on display in the Waterloo showroom, please call 519-669-5077 to confirm pick-up location.
- Our hours are 9:00 - 6:00 Monday to Friday and 9:00 - 5:00 on Saturday.
- Please bring your invoice with you when you pick up your items.
- For larger items, if you are not able to bring a second person to help load, please call ahead so we can have someone here to assist you.
- All pick-ups will be done through our rear entrance.
- If you are not able to pick up your item please call us to discuss delivery fees.
Payment Policy
- The winning bidders will have their credit card charged when the auction is complete. You may pick up your items after your credit card payment has been approved. Items may be picked up between Monday September 18th to Saturday September 23rd.
- Please bring your invoice with you when you pick up your items.
- Your internet speed may affect your success in bidding.
- Always give yourself lots of time to submit bids and use the Maximum Bidding feature.
Other Policies

- If your product is marked as Elmira (19 Arthur Street South, Elmira, ON), our showroom hours are:
- Monday-Friday: 9:00 - 6:00PM
- Saturday: 9-5PM
- If your product is marked as Waterloo (20 Benjamin Road, WAterloo, ON), our showroom hours are:
- Monday-Friday: 9:00-5:00PM
- Saturday: 10:00-2:00PM
