Pickup Policy
Items should be picked up at 1011 Industrial Crescent, St. Clements within a week of Auction close. Store hours are Monday-Friday 8-5 or Saturday 9-3.The phone number is 519-699-5411.
Payment Policy
- The winning bidders will have their credit card charged when the auction is complete. You may pick up your items after your credit card payment has been approved.
- Items may be picked up within a week of the Auction close. Store hours are Monday-Friday 8-5 or Saturday 9-3.
- Items not picked up during the above times will be deemed abandoned unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. The auction house reserves the right to re-sell any abandoned items with all expenses associated with the resale billed to the original purchaser/purchase of the abandoned item.
- Please bring your invoice with you when you pick up your items.
- Your internet speed may affect your success in bidding.
- Always give yourself lots of time to submit bids and use the Maximum Bidding feature.
- There are no warranties or guarantees. Everything is "Where is and As Is".
Other Policy
- There will be a staggered interval time between Lots closing. It is recommended that you use Maximum Bidding to help with your bidding. Maximum Bidding will allow the computer to bid for you up to a level you have entered.
- Lot's closing time will be extended by 2 minutes when a bid is placed in the last two minutes. Sniping will not be allowed with less than one second left.
