Two Weekend Passes to the 169th Spencerville Fair (2024)
The Spencerville Fair is hosted by the Spencerville Agriculture Society which is a nonprofit organization. It is an annual tradition that fosters and celebrates Canadian agriculture. This 4-day fair takes place on the second weekend of September and showcases livestock exhibitions, competitions, as well as vibrant displays featuring locally grown produce. Our historical fair provides educational exhibits and demonstrations that offer insights into farming practices and sustainable rural living.
From thrilling carnival rides to live music performances and shows, the fair offers a wide range of entertainment options for fairgoers of all ages. All fair guests are treated to a unique culinary journey, with a wide selection of local vendors recruited from across Eastern Ontario.
This fun-filled event is known for its family-friendly activities, as well as its dedication to hospitality and inclusivity. The Spencerville Fair is a harmonious blend of agricultural roots, entertainment, educational showcases, and tremendous community engagement.
The Spencerville Fair is proud to sponsor the Ontario 4-H Foundation – 2024 Fundraising Auction. We know the importance of 4-H programs in Ontario and our region. We are very proud to host and celebrate the Grenville County Achievement Day at our Fair!

Tickets with QR code will be provided to the winner. The Tickets will be replaced with a wristband at the gate at first entrance.

Pickup Policy
While delivery cost is the responsibility of the purchaser, all efforts will be made to facilitate low/no cost delivery through our amazing network of 4-H family and volunteers. We will reach out If you are the successful bidder to arrange delivery or a close pickup location. We can also make items available for pickup at Anderson Links Golf and Country Club on Thursday, June 6, 2024 for those attending the tournament or those in the area.
Payment Policy
Winning bidders will have their credit card charged when the auction is complete. If picking your items up, please bring your invoice with you.
Other Policy
There will be no in person viewing of items during the auction.
There will be a staggered interval time between the closing of Lots. It is recommended that you use Maximum Bidding to help with your bidding. Maximum Bidding will allow the computer to bid for you up to an amount you have entered.
A Lot's closing time will be extended by 2 minutes when a bid is placed in the last two minutes. "Sniping" will not be allowed with less than one second left.
Your internet speed may vary. Bid early, bid often and use the Maximum Bidding feature.
