Pickup Policy
- Pick up to be made in person
- The winning bidders need to make an arrangement for when they come to pick up their items.
- Cash is to be paid at pick up
- Appointments for pick up to be arranged by 9:30 p.m. on the night of sale closing if possible
- Items must be picked up on Saturday after the sale from 10 am until 5 pm and on Sunday from 10 am until 4 pm.
- Items must be picked up within this time or a daily storage fee of $2 a day will apply unless other arrangements have been made
- If an item is not picked up within a week of sale closing it becomes our property to be resold at a later date
- If someone fails to pick up purchased items two times they will not be allowed to participate for three sales
Payment Policy
Payment to be made by cash at pick up
Winning bidders will be asked to bring as close as possible to the amount of their invoice so we have enough change
No credit cards, debit cards or cheques at all !
This makes your invoice cheaper because other costs would have to be passed on to you
Winning Bidder will get exact location for a pick up on their invoice and will be asked to make a pick up appointment the Saturday 10 a.m to 5 p.m and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. the morning after the auction closes.
Other Policy
- No firearms, ammo, alcohol or animals will be sold at this auction
- Items are available for your inspection prior to the auction date by appointment only.
- Buyers will be invoiced with a total that is the selling price plus 10% to cover costs
- Sellers will also be charged 10% for the service supplied by this site
- Sellers will receive payment in cash on the Tuesday after the auction closes and will be called to make an appointment to come and receive their payment please make sure you give us your phone number when you drop things off so we can contact you to pay you !
- Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs; however, all items are ultimately sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. We strongly encourage all bidders to personally verify the condition of each item prior to sale.
- Information has been supplied by the seller of each lot and is printed that way with no warranty
- Once an item is sold it becomes the property of the buyer
- The undersigned acknowledges having read all terms and agrees to them, as evidenced by acknowledging the terms & conditions prior to registration.
- ALL ONLINE BIDDING is set to have a Soft Close. Any bids placed in the last 2 minutes of the auction will cause the auction item to stay open for an additional 2 minutes. This will continue until all bidding has ceased.
