Guidelines & Rules
1. NO TRADES
2. All lots and units are sold as is, unless specified otherwise. Any extra work performed by the shop for transportation prep, or parts required for the unit for reconditioning are up and above the selling price.
3. Delivery is extra. No delivery until payment has been received.
4. Bidding starts Thursday January 8, 2025. New bids will NOT be accepted after units close on Wednesday, January 21, 2025 at their Staggered Online Closing Times. First item starts closing at 1 p.m.
5. The Starting Bid Price is listed with each lot.
6. Auction listings are subject to change until bidding starts, additional lots may be added until
auction closing.
7. Winning Bidders will be contacted after auction to Arrange Pick up or Delivery.
8. Payment is Due within 2 Full Days (Excluding Sunday), unless other arrangements are made. Payment must clear before unit leaves the location.
9. Unsold units are subject to price change.

Policies
Pickup Policy
Items may be picked up at the Equipment Ontario location of Origins the following Week. Otherwise please call to make arrangements. Please bring your invoice with you for pickup. All items must be picked up before the end of January.
Equipment Ontario has 6 pickup locations located throughout Southwestern Ontario - Alliston, Elmira, Lindsay, Listowel, Mildmay, and Port Perry. Your choice of pickup location can be arranged, however transfer fees between locations will apply at an additional cost for movement.
Delivery options are also available upon request.
Payment Policy
You will be asked for your credit card information when you register to bid. You need to enter your credit card information to verify you are not a robot. Your credit card will not be charged if you are a winning bidder.
You may pay by Cash, approved cheque, finance with CNH or FCC if approved, Visa, Mastercard or Bank Draft when you pick up your item.
After the auction is over, you can also print off your own invoice. You would login to the auction, click on the heading at the top of the page called Account, then click on Auction History. You may print or view your invoice on this screen.
HST will be charged and is additional to purchase price on all applicable items. There is no Buyers Premium on this auction. The price you bid is the price you pay (unless HST applicable).
Please be aware that your internet speed may affect your success in bidding. Always give yourself lots of time to submit bids. We recommend using Maximum Bidding to ensure you are winning the bid.
Time will be extended by two minutes when a bid is placed in the last two minutes even if the bidder tries to place a bid with one or less seconds left.
The auctioneers decision is final. If a dispute arises the Auctioneer and Equipment Ontario Inc. reserves the right to have the final decision.

Items are available for your inspection prior to the auction date by appointment only.
Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs; however, all items are ultimately sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. We strongly encourage all bidders to personally verify the condition of each item prior to sale.
No responsibility is assumed by Equipment Ontario or the seller for any errors or omissions. No claims regarding goods purchased will be allowed. If you are the successful high bidder, you own the item and will be responsible for full payment.

ALL ONLINE BIDDING is set to have a Soft Close. Any bids placed in the last 2 minutes of the auction will cause the auction item to stay open for an additional 2 minutes. This will continue until all bidding has ceased.
Online Bids Start to Close January 21, at 1:00, and it is a staged to close a Lot every 20 Sec.
Phone Bids are accepted if no online alternative is available. Phone Bids will Close January 21 at 11:00am (2 hours Prior to Online Bids Closing). We do encourage customers to Create their own custom Bidder Accounts, opposed to phone bids.
Auction Bidding is only Permitted Once the Auction time Starts For each Unit.
