Loading: Good news! Loading assistance is available. We have a pallet fork on-site to help load your winnings safely and efficiently.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of pick-up. We accept E-transfer, Cash, and Credit Cards. Please bring your invoice with you.
Condition: All items are sold in AS IS / WHERE IS condition. We highly encourage bidders to attend the preview dates to inspect the lumber in person..

Pickup Policy
Pick-Up Dates: * Friday, April 10th: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday, April 11th: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
The winning bidders need to bring their invoice with them when they come to pick up their items.
Otherwise, you must call to make arrangements. There is no guarantee there will be someone there to help you if you arrive without arrangements.
The winning bidders can find a copy of their invoice by clicking on the Account heading at the top of the page then clicking on Auction History.
Shipping is extra if required.
Payment Policy
Payment: Payment is due at the time of pick-up. We accept E-transfer, Cash, and Credit Cards. Please bring your invoice with you.

There will be a staggered interval time between Lots closing. It is recommended that you use Maximum Bidding to help with your bidding. Maximum Bidding will allow the computer to bid for you up to a level you have entered.
Lot's closing time will be extended by 2 minutes when a bid is placed in the last two minutes. Sniping will not be allowed with less than one second left.
Your internet speed may vary. Bid early, bid often and use the Maximum Bidding feature.
