Early 19th century oil painting

This oil painting on cedar was presented to B.A. Cave-Browne-Cave, by rear Admiral Rowley-Conwy, at the age of 13, in 1938.

The outside guilted frame is an approximately 13 x 11 inches.  Inserted frame measures 9.5 x 7.5 inches.  Painting measures approximately 8 x 6 inches

Information on back is authenticated, however research suggests the it is not the ‘fighting timmerary’

outside guided frame has lost some of the guilt work, but otherwise is in good condition
