Consign.bid is an online auction software platform that facilitates transactions between the buyer and the seller. Consign.bid is not the owner, seller, auctioneer or an agent for the Buyer or Seller. Consign.bid does not get involved in mediating any disputes between the buyer and the seller.
Consign.bid does not inspect the Listed Item(s), validate a Seller’s ownership of or authority to sell Listed Item(s), or provide any representations or warranties concerning Listed Item(s).
Bidding on the Listed Item(s) is conducted at your own risk, and any resulting transactions for Listed Item(s) is solely between you and the Seller. Bidding on a Listed Item(s) confirms that you want to buy the item if you are the highest bidder. Consign.bid does not supervise, direct, or control Sellers.
You understand and agree that Consign.bid will not be liable for Listed Item(s) that you bid on, the acts or omissions of the Sellers, or from any proposed or completed transaction between you and a Seller.
Consign.bid is not responsible for any technical issues you may have on your bidding devices.
The bidder is responsible for all bids placed through their devices even if they are accidentally placed or are unknown to the bidder. Check the Watch List to make sure you have only bid on Listed Item(s) that you want.
If you are the winning bidder, it is your responsibility to pay the seller as well as the consign.bid Buyer’s Premium.
The Minimum Offer Price is set by the Seller. The Seller may change their Minimum Offer Price at any time. Consign.bid recommends that the Seller does not lower the Minimum Offer Price below the Current Bid Price but it is at their discretion.
You should also take the appropriate steps to inspect or validate the condition of Listed Item(s) prior to bidding on and receiving Listed Item(s). We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content of any Listed Item(s).
