There are many ways to organize your products after the auction is over. You want a quick and easy system so the winning bidders can come and pick up their items. There is no right way or wrong way to do it. Below is a suggestion that works the best in many auctions.

1) Encourage the winning bidders to bring their invoice when they come to pick up their items. Add this information in your Auction Policies. This information will print on the invoice copies.

2) Print a copy of all the invoices after the auction is over.

3) Accumulate all the items together for each invoice before the winning bidders come to pick up their items.

The winning bidder will arrive at the pick up location; they will give you their invoice; you will go to one spot and all of their items will be together.
